May we present: your April and May London cultural calendar

There's tons of festivals, exhibitions and one-off events happening in the capital this month so we thought we'd round them all up for you.

First up, this weekend film buffs should get down to Sundance London 2012 to see the Paul Simon film Under African Skies, food documentary Finding North and comedy 2 Days in New York.

If you enjoy the more finely roasted things in life, the London Coffee Festival might be more up your sleeve. It's at the Old Truman Brewery in East London and is also happening this weekend. No time this weekend? Not to worry it's UK Coffee Week all week!

Lastly, once you've dusted off the monuments in the British Museum and portraits in the National Portrait Gallery, you might be in the mood for something different. Maybe a spot of photography? You could try the Sony World Photography Awards exhibition at Somerset House (there's always a great selection from fashion to sport to amateur work) which is on till May 20th.

Or there's Out of Focus: Photography at the beautiful Saatchi Gallery near Sloane Square in West London, on till July 22nd. It's free, it's a great space and the exhibition features Ryan McGinley, Katy Grannan and David Noonan.

Happy Londoning!
