Don't miss art and protest in OUR DEMONSTRATION at the Guardian Headquarters

Don't miss the OUR DEMONSTRATION exhibition at the Guardian HQ in King's Cross this month. It's open now until 3rd May 2012 and it's in the foyer of the Guardian Newspapers building in King's Place, N1.

The exhibition is about the relationship between art, activism and creative resistance and includes work from unknown and established artists – plus photographs from the Guardian's massive archives.

Exhibitions like this are easily reached from our West End apartment in Holborn and also our Sienna apartments in Farringdon – both are walking distance. Don't miss it.

London Diary - Art in February and March

This is a great time to be in London as there's so many amazing exhibitions right on the doorstep of our Boutique London Lets apartments. Here's our pick of the best upcoming London art shows.

Jeremy Deller: Joy in People, Hayward Gallery (22 February to 13 May)
.. if you're staying in our Southbank, Waterloo or Vauxhall apartments

Nearly all of Deller's works are on show in this mid-career exhibition of the Turner Prize winning artist. That means photography, video, installations and sound pieces - plus you can get a cheap ticket to both Jeremy Deller and funny man David Shrigley
Find out more and buy tickets here.

Fourth Plinth: Elmgreen & Dragset, Trafalgar Square (23 February to 1 April 2013)
.. if you're staying in our Westminster, Victoria or St James apartments

Not exactly an exhibition but still worth a look is the latest addition to Trafalgar Square's sometimes empty Fourth Plinth. For the next year it'll be home to a child on a rocking horse entitled 'Powerless Structures, Fig 101'. He should feel right at home alongside the generals elsewhere in the square.

Designs of the Year 2012, Design Museum (until 15 July)
.. if you're staying in our Tower Bridge, Southwark or Canary Wharf apartments

If you can't decide what you want to see, go for a bit of everything in this survey of the best designs in architecture, fashion, graphics, product and furniture design. A must see.
